Return Shipping Charges

🌟 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, no worries — we've got you covered! Dariya Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs for these items. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back to us at no additional cost.

🛍️ Non-Defective Products or Other Reasons:
If you change your mind or the product doesn’t meet your expectations but isn't defective, you can still return it. In this case, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges. Be sure to ship the item to the address we provide, and remember, you’re responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

👉 Tip: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your item safely arrives back to us. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned item or proof of return delivery.

🔑 Important Notes

• Return Window: Initiate returns within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns won’t be accepted.

• Condition of Items: All returned items (whether defective or not) must be unused and in original packaging.

• No Returns for Worn or Altered Items: We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.

• Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return requirements.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards 💳 or Personalized or custom pieces.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. But don’t worry! The quickest way to get the item you really want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you’d like. This way, you’ll get exactly what you're looking for, with no delays! 😊

🔄 Return Process

1. 📸 Take Photos: Capture clear images of the product and any issues.

2. ✉️ Email Us: Send an email to returns@dariyajewelry.com with the subject line: "Return Request: Order Number". Include:

   • Product name

   • Link to the product page

   • A brief description of the issue

3. 🔍 Review & Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

4. 📦 Ship Back: Once your return is approved, send the item back using your local postal service and share the tracking number with us.

5. 💸 Refund: Once we receive your return, you’ll get:

   • Store credit (available immediately) or

   • A refund to your original payment method (within 3-5 business days).
